At Woodland Wellbeings, we believe that time spent outdoors is crucial to us as human beings. We offer courses of Forest School and Wilderness Therapy, using nature in a woodland setting to promote mental and physical wellbeing. The activities we support foster confidence, esteem and resilience; they encourage collaboration and communication and they enable participants to learn holistically and heuristically.
